Ordering & Shipping

Product photos have been taken under natural room lighting and processed to match the actual colour as much as possible, but it may still differ from the real objects especially through different monitor settings.
Due to the nature of handmade / antique finish there may be stains, rips, wears and irregularities as well as missing glaze, flaking and imperfection which they are not seen as defects. Instead these unique and individual differences and expressions of the work you choose are to be appreciated.
PAYMENT
We are currently accepting payment via credit card. Please contact us on the product(s) you would like to purchase, along with your contact details and shipping address. We will then give you the final cost and send you a payment link.
SHIPPING
Our products are shipped to most countries by DHL with tracking number. Deliveries will ship out within 5 business days after the order is placed. For details, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@shop-theca.com.
We will try our best to fulfil every order as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount immediately.
DUTIES/TAXES
International packages may incur taxes/duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees before placing an order. -THECA is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state. Return of goods will not be accepted if the items / boxes are damaged / not in their original condition.
The customer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a handling fee (15% of the total transaction payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by our team. Please contact our team before returning our product.
CANCELLATIONS
Regardless of before or after the product is shipped, after the items have been purchased, no cancellations or exchanges at the convenience of the customer are accepted. Exceptions only apply if you receive any item that you have not ordered or if the item is found to be damaged during shipping.
If you meet the above conditions for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the items. Please note the following:
1. Requests after 7 days to delivery will not be accepted.
2. The item must be shipped back including the invoice or statement of delivery.
3. Replacements and refunds will only be issued for unused items.
4. Obvious evidence of being used and damages made by the customer will not be acceptable.
After confirmation of the product condition and delivery status, the product will qualify for an exchange or return.
Please note that cancellation requests is not 100% guaranteed. Refund will be issued back to the original payment method only.
